4-Shipping:

5- Return & Exchange Policies
- Al Saad Home provides both return & exchange services, considering the company's Policy.
- Return is accepted within 3 days & Exchange is accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The original invoice is available.
- The products are in their original condition as purchased, meaning they have not been opened or used.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented to obtain either return or exchange.
- If the return conditions are met, the amount will be refunded as a credit to the customer's e-wallet, and the credit can be used within 6 months from the date of return.
- For health and safety reasons, pillows and towels cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Additional Exceptions:
- Customized or tailor-made products cannot be exchanged after purchase as they are manufactured to specific measurements for the customer and cannot be resold.

- They can only be exchanged during the same promotional period they were purchased.
