- Terms and Conditions
The website and application policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated regarding changes to the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
1-1 In order to buy any product, the site or application will require your registration and entering your information or registering as a guest without creating an account. This requires entering your information such as contact number, name, address, and credit card. Once you complete the purchase, this means your agreement to the terms and conditions of the website and the smartphone application.
1-3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and preserving the information recorded with us when using your personal computer, electronic device or smartphone.
1-6 All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
2-3 If an amount above the amount requested for the purchase was transferred by mistake by the user, Al-Saad Home will refund the excess amount within a period not exceeding 14 days after investigating the purchase process.
2-4 Once the purchase order is completed by the user. The user must pay all the required amounts upon completion of the purchase process, including the price of the requested products, value-added tax, and shipping if mentioned or present.
5- Returns & Refunds:
5-1 Al-Saad Home always aims to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, we are happy to replace the purchased product within a week of its purchase, provided that the product is not used, damaged, or dirty, and the management on our part decides that.
5-2 If the customer wants to exchange the product and the terms of exchange have been met, any difference in your favor will be calculated as a balance registered with us in your wallet. You can use it later in the application and the website, but if it is in our favor, you must definitely pay the extra difference and the delivery cost.
5-3 The customer has the right to replace the product or refund the amount only in the case of a clear mistake from our side, such as sending a wrong product to the customer or a product that has a clear defect or manufacturing defect.
5-4 The cashback process needs a period not exceeding two weeks.
4-5 In case of the purchase and the payment process was through the installments service, visa, or any bank card, then the customer wanted to cancel the order before receiving it, the customer has the right to refund the amount paid, and this will be done within 14 days of the cancellation request, with deduction of the bank’s percentage of Card payment, which is 3.5%, which is non-refundable
The request is subject to the return above and exchange conditions if the order was delivered.
5-5 dChoosing the wrong mattress size may cause damage to the bed, such as breaking or scratching it. If any damage occurs to the bed because of sending a wrong measurement to the customer and the reason for the wrong size, our company, Al-Saad Home, will undertake the repair or replacement of the bed, but if the wrong size of the mattress is chosen by the customer, Al-Saad Home Company would not bear the responsibility Any consequences, and for the rank, the replacement will be within the terms and conditions mentioned.
5-6 If the customer chooses the wrong mattress size, removes the nylon, or uses the mattress, then the customer can't replace it, knowing that we will try our best to facilitate the replacement process and not incur any additional cost the customer.
5-7 In the event that the customer submits a complaint stating that the mattress has a defect (curvature or concavity), a specialized employee will be sent by us to verify the condition of the mattress. If the amount of curvature or concavity exceeds 3 cm, the mattress is considered to have a manufacturing defect and will be replaced by us without any further notice. Extra charge
6-3 Al-Saad Home has made every effort to provide accurate product information with correct images and colors. Still, there may be slight differences due to the different computer and phone screens from each other.
7- Dispute Management:
7-1 In Case the customer has any problem that we cannot solve, and the customer believes that he did not take his right, he can communicate with the protection of consumer rights in the United Arab Emirates.
7-2 Al Saad Home does not store customers' bank card information. Still, to help you buy products and provide customer service, we must provide your credit card number to financial-services corporations such as credit-card processors and issuers. When we submit your credit card number for authorization, we use state-of-the-art data encryption to protect your information.
Before making any purchase on the Al-Saad Home application or the website, the customer acknowledges his acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned.
